We went here for the first time today, and we were very satisfied with our experience! We came during lunchtime, and there were a moderate number of customers, so it wasn’t too crowded. We ordered the BBQ, and the owner and server kept checking to make sure everything was okay. They also changed the grill to a clean one several times, which I really appreciated. As a Korean, I can honestly say this tasted like real Korean BBQ! The prices were reasonable, and there was a great variety of meat to try. We also enjoyed watermelon and ice cream for dessert. For anyone who has a hard time grilling on the Korean BBQ grill, I recommend cooking fatty, unseasoned meat like samgyeopsal (pork belly) first, and then cooking the marinated meats afterward. This helps keep the marinated meat from sticking to the grill. Also, the heat can be adjusted using the button next to the table, so keep that in mind! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back!

This was our first hot pot experience and all I can say is iLOST a lot of money trying this place on Sunday, 7/12/26 at 12. We are a family of 5 and was sat in the back room. We did both the BBQ & the hot pot. Our waiter, who we told multiple times this is our first time, didn't care to explain anything. We had to ask about sauce and adding salt/seasoning even because he didn't even offer. He didn't explain that there is a medium or hot mode to the bbq. It took us forever to cook the food on medium and we asked if it got hotter and if there was seasoning again because the food was bland! After asking he told us to not worry and mentioned we could go to the bar over there and get salt, pepper and sauces. We kept stacking the dishes with where the raw meat sat so he could easily take them off the end of the table and he never would. It's safe to say we even had a tower of dishes and asked him to take them, he acknowledged the stack, made eye contact with us and the stack of dishes, then walked away. It got to the point that the guy changing the skillet plate to the bbq had to take the dishes. He never refilled our drinks until we chased him down. He never offered to do anything h

First time visiting iWON Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, and I'd recommend going for both the hot pot and the KBBQ rather than picking just one. We came as a group of three. Two of us leaned toward hot pot and one preferred the BBQ, and getting both meant everyone was happy and we got the full experience. There's a great spread of appetizers and meats, and honestly they were all amazing. Fresh ingredients, lots of variety, and plenty to experiment with across different cuts and broths. Just a heads up: pace yourself, because it's all-you-can-eat and there is a LOT of food; it's easy to over-order early and fill up fast. The food was delicious and the staff were nice and helpful, especially for first-timers figuring out how everything works. A fun, interactive meal that's great for groups. I would come back.

We had a great experience here. We had the BBQ. We loved the bulgogi, short ribs, and pork belly. We had corn, zucchini and pineapple with the fried dumplings as the appetizer. For about $61 we also had fruit tea and milk tea boba. Eugene was our server and he was attentive without being invasive. He took very good care of us. We will recommend to everyone and be back. On the day we were there the floors were very slippery. I'm sure they will mop better next time. My husband and I both had non-slip soles on our shoes and we were having trouble getting into and out of the booth.😂. Please be careful!

Pretty good food, the music is a bit loud and it’s perpetually Smokey, but my goodness, my server Jason is the goat. A god of customer service amongst men, coming down to iwon to grace us with his presence. Me and 3 other friends came for a birthday and he made the night a real treat. I wish I could afford to tip him more.
